I am out 2 years from my initial mastectomy, and the drain scar is still very tender. Has anyone has a similar experience?

since 4 years i am suffering from a keloid scare where the drain was there and its very painful, my onc. advices me to remove it with laser 

i use some local cream and i avoid wearing silk cloths
