Hi,
Well, with me.. I had all my covid shots... had covid 3 times... when for my mammo in Oct which showed enlarged lymph nodes on the arm that I got all my covid shots plus I just had covid prior to the mammo.. nurse told me that they are not worried about swollen nodes because the covid shots and virus are effecting women's mammos and enlarging their nodes. so I have another follow-up in Jan 2023.. but doc recommended getting the biopsy, yeah we could wait three months but because of my history, she wants to play it safe.. I totally agree and the nurse said that now with covid and swollen nodes they are not as concerned...
so I am not sure if covid tampers with estrogen levels or not but I have been told by docs that covid does show in mammos and nodes and they think it is cancer when it is not..

Well I’m on Tamoxifen and certainly COVID vaccine and COVID itself did affect my periods. My periods stopped after my chemo and I thought they were gone forever, but right after my Pfizer booster last Nov my period came back with a vengeance. After that it was very regular (like I used to be, before chemo). After a few months it seemed to “taper” off as my period didn’t come for 2-3 months. Then I got COVID for real and my period came right back. Since then it’s been regular every 2 months. I think it’ll eventually taper off, but I’m getting another booster soon. My periods will probably get a “boost” after that.
Tamoxifen does work differently than Zoladex, so getting my period back was not an issue for me. Hope it works well for you.
