Saline would be different than silicone gel. My doc ordered an ULS when he suspected implant problems, but luckily it wasn't

Yes you're right. Sorry to hear you're looking at more surgery. Below is a link to the NCI cancer centers in the US. I would imagine the plastic surgeons associated with these hospitals would have the most experience. Maybe there will be one close to you.
