I hope this is okay to post here. I suppose admins will delete if not okay, but I hope they don’t. After searching for a survivor group on Facebook that focused on healthy living and finding none... or at least one that wasn’t full of ads or talk of “cures”... I started one myself. So, if you want to chat with fellow survivors on Facebook about self care, being active, eating well and forming healthy habits, come join us. We’ve just started chatting. 😀 Started by a survivor for survivors.

So do I understand you don't intend to use bco and this comment thread for discussion? You're posting here to direct people to facebook?

certainly we can use this post to talk about healthy living. I think it is such an important thing to do for cancer patients, survivors or anyone. My intention is to discuss it anywhere possible. It is something we can do for our selves. It gave me back control. Yes, I started the Facebook group. But we can discuss here too. 💕. I'm just more present on Facebook these days. I started a healthy habits challenge for December. Hoping to expand on that for the new year.
