After my decision to stop I immediately jumped in the shower with hot water and scrubbed my scalp for a good 10 mins. That might have been the best feeling since chemo started. Ha!

Thank you again ladies for all of the support! I'll keep popping in every once in awhile to say hi and see how everyone is doing!

Has anyone used arcticcoldcaps.com with any success? They seem to be fairly new to the market and don't have any testimonials on their website.
