FNAB for Palpable Mass

I recently found lump in my breast and went for imaging and sonogram. I have Extremely dense breast tissues mammogram showed nothing. Sono showed a cluster of possibly cysts in area. Due to family history Dr airing on side of caution scheduled me for FNAB. At biopsy appointment the assistant had asked radiologist if we would be putting in a clip. He replied no that they would drain Nd send for screening. After performing FNAB radiologist said there was blood and lots of solid matter so he was going to do a core needle biopsy to get tissue to send for screening and after completed put in markers. Should I be concerned?
