My beautiful avatar, Blanche, my cockatoo died today in my husbands arms. She meant the world to us. I also believe it is a sign that I too need to move on. I learned so much here but have felt it was time to try to let breast cancer become my past. If it ever resurfaces I will be back here in a heartbeat. Thanks to everyone that supported me through my dx, treatment and emotional fallout.

I'm sorry for your loss of Blanche.

You will be missed around here. You've provided tremendous support and with your professional background, you've offered up a very important, valuable perspective. I've learned a lot from your posts.

I wish you the best, and as much as you'll be missed, I hope you never have a medical need that causes you to return.

TB90, I am so sorry for your loss. I will always remember how kind and helpful to me you were when I first wandered on to this site, and you have offered wisdom and kindness to so many. I am grateful to you. I'm just trying to catch up after an absence, and I'm glad to have seen this while I still had a chance to say thank you. I wish you many years of good health and happiness.
