I'm interested in knowing how the post lumpectomy pathology report/results may differ from beginning 3d mammograms/biopsy and MRI? In other words, barring margins etc... did anyone get very similar results, or did something become known that was unknown at that point? It seems that some women get different results then all the testing that went before it...

Anyone get similar results? Obviously, surgery pathology reports seem more exact, but just curious.....?
