I also have a feeling of 'fullness', and my lower back hurts, but I think it is related to uterine fibroids that I have, and I am having an endometrial biopsy Wednesday. I am worried about that, but the gyn onc (seems I'm not seeing enough specialists!) doesn't seem to think it's anything to worry about. He thinks it's polyps (oh goody!).
Anyway, I just wanted to let you know that it could be something else. My abdomen also feels ful and I get some pelvic pain, and I have some spotting, too, but only after sex or after exercising.
