Philly,

Not in this trial, but have you had an F1 or other genomic report? You can now get Keytruda as a stand-alone treatment outside of a trial if you have either tumor mutation burden high or micro satellite instability showing up on a genomic report. The FDA approved it last month.

Additionally, the FDA approved every six week dosing, instead of every three.

If you don't meet that criteria, I wish you luck on this trial if you decide to do it. I think it's promising.

Hi BevJen ,

Thank you so much for this info! Aw man, so helpful!

I do not know about any of these things you have mentioned, so I am taking notes for my MO appt on Wednesday when we discuss my next treatment.

Thank you so much! Promising sounds fantastic to me!

XOXO

Philly

Philly,

I think that a lot of this stuff gets discussed on the liver mets thread. A lot of us on there have had Foundation One or other genomic testing which provides a summary of how your tumor(s) might have mutated, as they do in response to various therapies. You can also have what's known as a blood biopsy. I just had one of those done at Hopkins as part of a study. The report that came back wasn't as extensive as that from my tissue biopsy (from my liver) but it was useful to see that things appear to be pretty much the same right now with my tumors as it was in May 2019.

Good luck at your appointment on Wednesday. I have my appointments (labs, faslodex, meet with oncologist) on Tuesday. Busy week.
