yes , change of markers is actually not that uncommon, with a loss of markers being more common than a gain of markers.

We have a subforum specifically for Stage IV triple neg. I'm going to link you directly to p. 93 of that forum because on that page, 4th post from the top is where I've listed all the treatments for us.

with bone mets, radiation to the area, either standard or SBRT may be offered

You will also need to start a bone strengthening medication, either a bisphosphonate such as Zometa/zoledronic acid or a monoclonal antibody such Xgeva/denosumab.
