I completed my chemo treatment in March and since then I have had an increase in the following:
1. Calf muscle tighness (no cramping)
2. Thigh muscle weakness
3. Muscle pain in both arms
4. Stiffness in the hands
5. Swelling of the ankles
Has anyone experienced the same issues? I read that these are just side effects of the treatments and the they should go away with time. Boy I hope so...right now I'm walking with a cane and trying my hardest to keep my spirits up, but this pain is not helping any.

I know you posted this eons ago, but I can totally relate. I finished chemo about 6 weeks ago, and have all the same symptoms, except the last one. I wonder too if these are going to abate. I am taking 3 200mg ibuprofin, plus 1 5mg of Oxycode every 6 hrs to hold back the pain, so I can function...otherwise I am almost crippled. My feel hurt so bad, as well as my muscular/skeletal system. I feel like I'm 80 and i'm only 41 ! So anyone who can tell me that yes, they've experienced this, and 2, that it will go away.....I would very much appreciate it!
Thanks,
Brenda
