Lethrozole 5 years fatigue and nausea

just wondering if anyone else suffering from fatigue and nausea late in the day from lethrozole. it actually feels like pregnancy..I feel really really tired and nausea and I need to eat fast. thought I had developed type 2 diabetes but not the case.
anyone else having this side effect from lethrozole?
