MY BSO suggested taking Serenol and Relizen to help sith the side effects from Tamoxifen. Just curious if anyone else has tried these and if so, what are your thoughts/results. Insomnia is biggest complaint. Thanks in advance.

Hi!

I was triple negative breast cancer, had Tamoxifen, etc. Because I can't take any hormones for menopause, my doctor suggested that I take Relizen for hot flashes. It works very well. If I don't take it, I feel it. As far as insomnia, I still have that. My doctor prescribed a sleep med. So, I'm still searching for something to help with that.
