Not diagnosed, but really scared!

Hi,

I'm breastfeeding and I'm 22. The last couple of days I noticed red streaks across the top of my left breast. No other symptoms. The doctor doesn't think it's mastitis but gave me antibiotics anyways. Of course I googled it and IBC came up. Now I'm so afraid I have it. I have to go back to the doctor in a few days if it doesn't look any better. Could this be IBC
