I found an online catalog with loads of fun tops that look great for unilateral mastectomies without prostheses: asymmetrical necklines with interesting detailing; lush, deep cowls that drape over the chest. They also have a wide variety of super-cute designs in their plus size line too. I posted some examples below. I've gotten a load of compliments from people who see me with one boob, and the shirt makes my look seem intentional and put together rather than "lazy" or careless.

Disclaimer - I am not associated with this company, nor am I getting anything in exchange for this shout-out. I'm just really impressed with their designs, and I don't like wearing a pillow.

Their sizes are more European, so my fellow Americans may have to size up. I typically wear Mediums, but I had to order Large or XL to fit. (There is a conversion size guide.) I haven't returned anything, so I can't speak to the ease of their return/refund policies.

I hope this kind of sharing is ok. I'm just excited to find an outlet for designs that let me look good with a lop-sided chest. :)

The tops are adorable, but they're all polyester! I get so hot when I wear polyester.
