Enjoyed ALL the entries. Especially those giving ideas on what should happen upon the Loon's demise. He truly does make manure shine Ruth. It is amazing that one person could be so enormously self focused. Had anyone ever opined upon an idea like that I would have thought it impossible. The Loon has love for self beyond the pale.

Makes is doubly hard for me to think so many people think he is the ' ahem ' the person for them. Obviously they have errant brain cells or don't have enough to begin with. Selfish people are never REALLY going to be for you and the fact that they are fine under Loon's banner, I would just have to say they will deserve what they may have paid for and not gotten. Welcome to the world of losers.

Yes, that iron lung. Another belief shattered. I would not have believed that people would turn away from highly established medicine just so they could be 'good' political people. Another tragedy. Can only hope that once the more correct way of life ( hopefully it will in fact happen ) and scientists and highly trained medical individuals are held in the esteem they deserve, that people will come to their senses.

When I first graduated from nursing school I was a pediatric nurse who worked in the Infectious Disease ward. We had a storeroom with several iron lungs in reserve and one of my nursing supervisors once told me the story of how during a power outage she had to help manually pump the iron lung of a young child. Fortunately I never saw one in use though we had a weird intern who thought sleeping in one was great because the mattresses were so good. Of course, he scared the living daylights out of the night shift who were unaware that he was sleeping in that room which they used to take their breaks. They heard strange noises coming from the room and called me wanting me to explore to determine what it was. I called security and they found him. He was told to find a new place to sleep.

With freedom comes responsibility. We hear very little these days about responsibility but a lot about "it's my freedom not to wear a mask." Well, it's also our responsibility to our loved ones, to our fellow citizens who struggle with their health. We live in a free country today because people felt a responsibility to their country. People fought and died for our freedoms. We have the freedom to express ourselves. We have the right to vote. We have a free press.
We are strong because we help one another.

Let's continue to think about our neighbors, our co-workers, our fellow citizens. People struggle with their health at all ages. May we do all we can to help keep one another safe. This is a beyond partisan message, it's an American message! Let's go! #abovethenoise

A woman once told me that she did not feel the need to reach out to those around her because she prayed every day. Surely, this was enough. But a prayer is about our relationship to God; a blessing is about our relationship to the spark of God in one another. God may not need our attention as badly as the person next to us on the bus or behind us in line in the supermarket. Everyone in the world matters, and so do their blessings. When we bless others, we offer them refuge from an indifferent world. -Rachel Naomi Remen

Me laughing about " Truth " from the pig's derrière. So Loon like not to realize that his standing, at any time in him horrid life , was marginal always and is at this point even less. His only importance to a broad section of the world is just being mocked for his uselessness. To take a line from a movie - he is a boil on the butt of humanity and nothing else. He, the plague, and boils could disappear and never be missed.
