This is my first time here. I don't have cancer but my mom , mom's sister and my sister did have breast cancer. I heard soy wasn't good for you . Then I heard soy was okay but soy with isoflavones were not good for you. Next I heard 25 grams a day of soy was okay. I am thinking of trying Body by Vi ( you can google it if you haven't heard of it ) with my husband to lose weight. Does any one know anything about this product and if it's okay ? I'm so confused about soy. We will be using two shakes a day. Thanks for any input.

blo...We were just discussing the same thing on Fuzzy'Romp Room Thread.

I always use yogurt instead of any type of milk. Maybe you can try and see if you like it.
