Shayne, two books that I highly recommend are, Anti-Cancer, A New Way Of Life by David Servan-Schreiber, MD, PhD; and Beating Cancer With Nutrition, by Patrick Quilllin, PhD, RD,CNS.  Both are based on scientific evidence that's well-documented and thoroughly explained. Servan-Schreiber was a university professor/researcher who had cancer twice himself.  He's recently deceased, but survived something like 19 years after being dx'd with a type of brain tumor dx that is always fatal within months.  Patrick Quillin was VP of Nutritional Services at Cancer Centers of America.     Deanna

On the main breastcancer.org site there is an entire section on Think Pink, Live Green, a way of living that aims to help women reduce their risk of breast cancer or the disease coming back in survivors.  Within this section, there is also a section on Organic Living, which includes recipes.

We hope this helps!
