Maybe she could try some different varieties of sea food so that she has more balance in the nutrients.  I doubt she needs protein shakes with the chicken and sea food.

 She may want to try smoothies using fruits and veggies. It's an easy way to get more greens in your diet, which are packed with vitamins and minerals. I often make a blend of yogurt, pineapple or apple, strawberries or other berry,  celery, kale, and some flax or chia seeds for omega 3s. She might have fun trying out different combinations, and I think extra veggies are always a good idea, cancer or not.  Take care!
