She may want to try smoothies using fruits and veggies. It's an easy way to get more greens in your diet, which are packed with vitamins and minerals. I often make a blend of yogurt, pineapple or apple, strawberries or other berry, celery, kale, and some flax or chia seeds for omega 3s. She might have fun trying out different combinations, and I think extra veggies are always a good idea, cancer or not. Take care!
