If you are er/pr negative, there are no restrictions, according to my understanding. HER2 is no problem. Soy, according to my understanding breaks down into some substances that the body may recognize as female hormones. Experiment to your heart's desire. I have cut back on frozen ingredients, because it is COLD outside, and I am chilled enough.

I will never forget my very credentialed breast surgeon's words after my diagnosis:
"From this day forward, NEVER consume anything with soy protein isolate."
It's everywhere...I have done my best the past 7 years to avoid it.

I use vegan protein powder, Plantfusion - no dairy, no soy, non-gmo, no nuts, no sugar, no egg, nothing artificial. 21g of protein per scoop. I use the vanilla bean flavor and blend it with unsweetened almond milk and frozen organic berries, mango or peaches. The chocolate flavor is good with almond milk, banana, and almond butter, or with unsweetened almond milk and dark cherries. I have also used the Vega brand but I like the Plantfusion better.
BMX w/ TE 11/1/10, ALND 12/6/10. 15 additional surgeries. TCHx6 2/17-6/2/11. Herceptin until 1/19/12. Femara 8/1/11, Arimidex 6/20/12, back to Femara 6/18/13-present.
