i am constantly told that if i cannot eat (i can eat 2 bites) then i should try smaller meals. No matter the size of meal, i am not interested in the food. Has anyone overcome this with a certain food or technique? Is there something truly more appealing in a smaller portion?
Also, has anyone tried nutrition bars? I got nutrition drinks but there are bars too! Please let me know your experience, I want to eat and everyone is nagging me to and IM TRYING
I tried the bars from Orgain, No Cow and a bag of nuts which I found all their textures offputting. I'll try other bars.
