When shopping at THMaxx met a woman with a 7 year old pudgy pug in a dog carriage. Dog was really cute and tgecowner said she was looking to find rescue another. I told her my niece volunteered at a rescue and I could see if she knew of any available. Before I couldc reach out to her, DD told me about 2 pug pups available at a rescue near where this woman lived. I had the woman's name and phone number so I texted her all the details and told her to reach out. She got back to me thanking me for the info. I hope she'll let me know if she adopts one.

Took a package to FedEx and must say, my experience was not positive. Where I was returning the item insisted I watch all packaging and obtain a receipt. I boxed it myself and had reprinted the label. I needed to attach it to the box and asked if tape was available? She informed me the label had to go into a sleeve and then attached to the box. She gave me the receipt, but then tossed the box on a table with the sleeve and label not attached. The label was not yet in the sleeve so I asked her to please put the label in the sleeve and attach both to the box while I watched. She was not a happy camper as evidenced by the body language and box handling. She did it, I thanked her again and left. FedEx has left my packages on my lawn or abandoned roadside near the mailbox so I do not totally trust them. I was concerned when she didn't place the label and attach the sleeve immediately and have no idea what was more important since I was the only one in the store.
