Haiku for Fun
Hi everyone. I've seen some poetry and Haiku on individual threads, but thought we could use a separate thread. I am in no way an expert, and this is simply for fun, so we won't go nuts if you don't have a "cut" or nature theme or other rule. The only rule on this thread is a measured syllable poem. Most common is 5-7-5. However, if you wish, other patterns are available, such as 2-3-2, or 3-2-2. So let's begin.
We can enjoy words
Placed carefully in a form,
Yet allowed to fly.
