Chronic fatigue

hello all, I had a question about chronic fatigue and my triple negative breast cancer. I am waiting for my surgery date but the past few months I have been so fatigue. Could this feeling tired like being exhausted all day feeling be from the cancer?

Has anyone else experienced this?

Also is their any safe way to get some Engery back or it will get better after chemo?

    Hi @aortiz268, I can’t speak to triple negative but breast cancer in general can cause fatigue. Also, many of the treatments for it cause fatigue. The amount of fatigue varies with the individual. When active treatment is completed things do improve. Even though it sounds contradictory moderate exercise can help. I hope your treatment goes well and your fatigue lessens. All the best.
