Triple positive IDC Grade 3

I had a biopsy with results showing grade three triple positive for micro invasive ductal carcinoma. When I went to have the seeds put in for surgery they saw another suspicious spot . They put 2 seeds in . I had surgery they removed 2 separate tumors. One was the biopsy site and the second one had pathology of estrogen + progesterone- and running fish for this one , grade 3. The first one had fish + of 14 . The second tumor was 4 mm IDC all my margins on both sites had clean margins they removed two sentinel nodes and both were clear . My oncologist said that even if the fish comes out HERS2 positive they would not do chemo or HERS2 therapy due to the size of the tumor. They will recommend radiation and hormone therapy . The stage is 1a . I am concerned about the HERS 2 . The first tumor had a HERS2 of 14 very amplified. The oncologist said the number doesn't matter, HERS2 cancer is HERS2 cancer And due to the size this is the protocol they use . Does this sound right to others? I only have info I have seen on line and I thought it said chemo and HERS2 therapy due to HERS2 being positive ?
