Hi @elaine774, I’m sorry that there was a suspicious incidental finding on your imaging. While CTA or CTPA is designed to evaluate blood vessels, radiologists comment on any other concerning things seen. Make sure that somebody schedules you for a diagnostic mammogram and ultrasound as they are the standard imaging techniques for diagnosing breast cancer. There is no way of knowing whether there is anything wrong without going through the proper imaging and a biopsy if things still look suspicious. I hope it turns out to be nothing serious.
