    What not to say from my "nurse navigator" —>" I suggest you get the white pages and start cold calling if you want a different surgeon". I had asked for a surgeon who would not wait 3-4 weeks to discuss my pathology report and what it meant.

    Wow @minimulemom! We're so very sorry you were treated like that! There's definitely some bedside manners necessary, especially when you're in a situation where you're just diagnosed and navigating the unsure treatment path.

    Any chance you could report this nurse navigator or at least request a new one? We hope you find the support you need!
