My tumor marker is 48 after Kisqali and Letrozole. Is that high

Tumor marker results can be confusing, and the significance of a value like 48 depends on which marker is being measured, your individual history, and how your oncologist interprets it alongside scans and other tests. We encourage you to discuss the result with your care team if you haven't already.

We're just checking in with you as we haven't seen you around since you first joined - have you talked to your oncologist about what your tumor marker means? Many of our members also find that tumor markers don't accurately represent what's going on in their body, so they rely on other testing for screening. Also, you've posted this in the LCIS (Lobular Carcinoma In Situ) forum - did you mean to post this in the ILC (Invasive Lobular Carcinoma)? If so, we can move it for you and provide more information about what to expect with this diagnosis. Please just let us know!
