Treatment
diag DCIS Stage 0 from biopsy. Had nil mastectomy and based on pathology upgraded to stage 1a due to 3mm invasion. Grade 1, no lymph node involves, er+ PR+ and HER2 positive K67-7%going to have DIEP in Oct went to medical onc and stated no chemo just 2 choices of endocrine therapy. Going for another SSO as the onc was alright. Do not want chemo. Did any one else have HER positive with small tumor? What was your tx
