Before I go A note about Spar...She is still not Hooked up & also has Gotten the Chest Cold Crud & has been pretty sick. Is starting to feel a little Better. But Misses Us All & hopes to be Hooked up in the Next Day or So! I'll Let You Know when I here anything different!

Good afternoon my beach gals. I had a few moments and wanted to stop in to say hi to all my old friends and welcome the new ones.
I wish I had more time to relax on the beach, but need to clean the leaves from my flower bed.
Good exercise and the weather is beautiful. It is part of my
plan to move more eat less. I will try and pop in tonight.

WE DID IT!!!!!
The last tracks were successfully added over the noon hours. We ended up with seven children contributing today! It was sooooooooooo much fun and just a little bit like a barrel of monkeys.

I've always hated my birthday being in Jan. And when I found THE lump 3 days out of my 50th b'day, it's like ............. sheesh who wants to celebrate that.

But you're still here Sharon and we need to celebrate by the way....I know this is a "beach" thread, but how do you wrap your arm? Do you use a special brace or ace bandage. I really need to do something with my arm (it hurts sooooooo bad), but none of the doctors here have actually told me how to treat lymphedema

Oh Coonie, sorry about your arm. NO to ace bandages. You need to get yourself off to a lymphedema therapist. Go to the Lymphedema boards here. Binney, Kira and many others will give you good, sound advice. I still seem to be muddling my way through it all. You use short stretch bandages and believe me, wrapping is a true art. A love/hate relationship to say the least.
I will spill the beans later as to the date, but really, I enjoy celebrating other's b'days......not my own. I should not have mentioned it.... me and my big mouth.
