I took my first dose of tamoxifen last night and am feeling so much dread around it. I put it off due to avoidance and confusion around the small impact that taking it has on my future recurrence rate (4% vs 8%). I am having results with Kisqali, anastrozole, and Zometa undergirded with lots of prayer. I have had debilitating bone pain in my back for over 2-years. Finally diagnosed with Advanced ILC 27 Sep 2022. I started anastrozole in Oct, Kisqali in November, and had a Zometa injection in December. Two days ago, I became awareâŚ
I am 56 years old. Healthy. Work out 3-5 days a week (walking, weight bearing exercise etc. ) I was diagnosed with invasive ductal, hormone positive HER2- , T1 in December 2025. Lumpectomy removed 9 mm tumor with clear margins. Radiation completed successfully. MO advised that after surgery and radiation I have preventedâŚ
I had surgery 1/14/26. I think my posture has changed or something because my ribs kind of flare out. Iâm not sure if this happens to everyone- I think it is pretty common? Another change is Iâve had pretty radical mood swings and my period has been erratic since my surgery. Anyone else live through feeling crazy afterâŚ
would love to hear from other Enhertu users about managing side effects. Does it get better over time? I just finished third round and am very weak, even 10 days after infusions. Tried one dose of modanifil which gave me some energy (more like nervous energy) for a handful of hours but I donât think thatâs going to be goodâŚ

Hello, I am preparing for lumpectomy and then radiation/AI expected. Despite bilateral the surgeons feel I am a good candidate. Any suggestions on where I can get risk/benefit analysis for radiation treatment? I am 58 bilateral IDC/DCIS Grade 1 T1b no nodes ER/PR+ Her2neg No BRCA genes and low Ki-67 I have spoken withâŚ
