    Yes.  They certainly can.  Copyright protected is a big deal.

    The pictures are beautiful..... Not sure why someone would be that upset over them bringing such joy to Breast Cancer Survivors. And they will not bring you to the site of .Chastity Abbott.... But by posting here it has pointed out that is where they can be found. She uses her real name and posts pictures on the web....She lives in Ridgeland, MS . Not very bright if you ask me.

    Thanks Mary Lou.  The pictures in question were posted on November 5.  And yes, they are beautiful pictures.

    I don't know how to get ahold of LUV personally, but the last time she was thru, she'd gotten a new job that was having her running in all directions. Remember that her mom's husband died this fall and as I kinda recall her mom was gonna move cross country to be closer to LUV.

    (I'm sorry if I have any of those details incorrect.)

    My guess is that she's just gotten on with her life..... and that she's very busy.

    I can't imagine that she intended to violate your copyright in any way.

    I suppose this is a real head's up to all of us who share photos from photobucket et. al. I have no idea if those works would be copyrighted?? Food for thought.

    If it's any consolation, LUV only posts the very best & finest of images...... so I think you should take it as a compliment that she selected your photos. I'm sure she'll be sincerely apologetic, now that you've pointed out the situation.
