    Michelle says hello.   She's on pain meds and to quote "out of it" as a result.  One more week to Kauai.  Checkum overdid things on the weekend.  So back to napping time I assume.

     Well - I learned the hard way to take it slow!  The SE's from the zometa are gone now, (glad of that). I am making my way back to the beach slowly - looks like I have been missing some fun...
