Arnie, you are sweet. Michelle had only recently come to the Beach. Then she went with her family to Kauai.........then she came home and.......well, you know the rest. We were so honoured that she graced these shores.

I "go" really hard for a while and then I "stop" really dramatically.
I had a workshop participant tell me that she knew "I must sleep hard."

I can't post for a while....
My son's appendix was fine no infection....still has the same pain plus the pain of the Surgery now. No relief from the pain....
