Dream that green satin dress is absolutely beautiful! Sharon- thats when curves were very in and desirable, think those days will come back?
I think it was neally neat when women dressed like ladies and men dressed like genrleman. Now mind you, I am as fem lib as they come (almost) but there is something really nice about dressing up, nice manners, being respectful, courteous & all that. I still my Mom changing clothes before my Dad got home from work.

We were able to take a 'swing' dance class this afternoon, in preparation for a 'swing party' tomorrow..... that is part of a folk dance festival. This is the first year that they've added swing dancing to their agenda. The festival is 30 years old this summer.

Our little island is filled with the home-grown strawberries, right this minute!!
They are so juicy, it runs down your arm.

We're pretty far north, Sharon.
Canada can't be that far away.
I've 'lost' my passport somehow..... need to get a new one, myself.
So I'd have to send DH -- his is up-to-date.
Our truck is a pretty shade of blue..... is pretty new, but has an amazing amount of hail damage to the hood. Seriously. Ask Saint. People stop to comment about the hood. My DH took the insurance check and ran with it! LOL.
