    EWB.....I DO!!!! Wink I got that inspiration from my DJ.....he played it this weekend for a pool party!!! Most of the times I come up with my own choices though!!!!

    LISA......You saved the Day.......Thanks for posting the Pic for the top of the page!!!! He's saying "I don't wanna get my feet wet"!!!!

    I heard there was a pic of our footie-sista here so I had to stop & see our friend! 

    FOOTIE!!! I am so happy to see that big smile & that scarf (I have one, too!) I will always think of you smiling & dressed up in your pink duds!! What a great mental pic! HUGS

    Where are the days flying???

    We rode just over 25 miles on our bikes this morning. Then had to clean our little postage stamp because we'd invited neighbors to come help us eat up some salmon.

    Dinner was great. They brought a salad with figs, almonds & incredible cheese. YUMMERS.

    I know that I'm gonna sleep well tonight..... well I'm exhausted enough to sleep.

    I've just gotten home from my first, ever yoga class. INCREDIBLE!! Teacher is AMAZING. I've fallen for this class, this teacher, this discipline.

    Seriously awesome. Love it. Love it. Love it.

    Faith, so glad you love the yoga. It can be such a peaceful time, very centering.

    I think this beach was in Mexico. Just remember we had a long drive to get these photos on scarey roads.

    Faithie.........Yoga has always interested me too. I think I'd like to try it. They say it's really good for you...mentally and physically. Lord only knows I need it mentally..........lol

    Well beachies. Today's class adventure was aerobic ZUMBA!!

    It was the hardest workout I've ever encountered. Much more challenging than a 25 mile bike ride.

    It's the latest craze apparently..... I'm always behind the rage. There were gals wearing official ZUMBA shoes. It's all Latin dance steps.

    This instructor was about 40 years younger than yesterdays. She's a belly dancer by training and so we had a whole lot of hip hip hippy shake shake shaking. (I just worked hard to keep from falling down.)

    This neighbor of mind insists on our taking advantage of these opportunities. LOL.

    I just found out that their is actually a shore-side yoga class, that takes place on our beach. Real early morning. I think as a beginner I prefer the sanctuary of the building -- behind closed doors. Not sure the public is ready to see me learning......

    My zumba body is shrieking for a nap, but I've begun my next 'quilt/illustration' and am eager to make some progress.

    I love yoga too.  Edit to add, don't forget to stay well hydrated during exercise.
