Lovely post, NM! And thanks for introducing Beacon to the HTL, with some pics. I did ask Junie's DH if there was anything we could do besides praying, and he couldn't think of anything. Thank you for asking, too. Glad your last weekend wasn't too bad. SO nice for you to have so many days off! Perfect schedule, IMHO.

    Good morning,

First things first. Popping in to the chapel before I drink my first coffee.

Dear God, Please bring our Junie back. She is needed by her familly, her children, her abundance of friends and also her cyber friends here.  Please let her sleep as long as she needs but do not let her sleep too long as she needs to wake up and come back to her breast friends.  Amen. I love you Junie I am up for a road trip if anyone wants to join. We can get all tiny and wake you up when you are ready!

Thanks for the compliment on my avatar, Kathy. That photo was taken before I got bangs. DH took it as we were getting ready to head home from Atlantic City. He takes good photos. I do not photograph well.

As for the medical insurance, it is very true that our insurance company states that their mission is to keep their members healthy.  They do not mention those of us that have been hit with a terrible disease. They will not pay for diabetic supplies.  They will pay for prenatal vitamins, smoking sesation. They do not pay for my tammy. I pay the full price. I had to go off of effexer as it was near 150.00 per month and that is simply not in my budget. When NBC was in the building taping that segmant, I commented to some coworkers that they will glorify it as a great place to work, they will show off the fancy grounds but they will NOT let out what this insurance company is doing with people who have been afflicted by a disease or serious illness.  I get one doctor visit per year, one gyn visit per year and the rest is out of pocket less 20%.  It would have been worse if the insurane change happeded in 2010, I guess I am grateful the BMX, hospital bill only came to be 1200.00 out of pocket. Such is life. I guess I should be glad that I even have health insurance. I sure would be in trouble.

It is a pretty day today. We had a very miserable week with temps at 100 most days. We are sure not used to that here. It is currently 78 degrees and only going to the upper 80's. I am bummed out as I really can't do much but sit around. I am still quite sore and the percocets do not seem to help. I see my doctor on Thursday morning. It is odd that I only have surgi-tape on the incisions, everything else is exposed. I thought that I would be wrapped real tight and such but not this time. I just can't wait to feel better. The hardest part is lifting myself out of bed myself. I am using gravity as an assistant and throwing my feet over the bed but it hurts so bad that I tear up a bit.

DH will be stopping by with his daughters this morning to swim.  He will also cut the grass which is very overgrown. It was just too hot last week to attempt it. I enjoy his daughters, they are sweet gals. They just bring books and bury their little faces in their book, do a little swimming then back to reading. My DD has been very helpful to me.  She made me a great baked ziti dinner (well my sister prepared it and Jessica cooked it) along with a nice greek salad and pita bread with butter. It was so good. I may have a little bowl for breakfast. Geez, I thought I would be losing weight but seems I am gaining.  My stomach is looking so ugly, two of the Pratt brothers are exposing themselves and the holes are big, ugly and sore. I expect that I will lose two out of three drains on Thursday.

Kathy, I often say at work that I have certain rights (American with Disabilities Act) and there must be some kind of financial assistance out there. I tried the American Cancer Society and could only find helpful tips about managing finances. No one is giving money away to pay for all this.

I have to get moving. i wish I was up for a shower today. I took my first one yesterday and it did feel good to be nice and clean but took alot out of me. I will just wash up in the sink and call myself clean!

I will be thinking and praying for Junie all day and looking for updates.  I hope you all have a great day and that we get some good news from Mr. Junie. Thanks for updating us Kathy. Here is a drink for you, it is your favorite, seagrams and diet. Pants brought two and I think I am up for one! chEErs!

Now for yesterday's adventure which I didn't post about last night out of respect for Junie.

I have great news to report.  I have finally discovered something I do well.  Hand out beer!!!

Seriously, I volunteered to help out at a golf tournament.  I had never done anything remotely like this, and I got assigned to the beer cart.  So I was on the course, handing out beers to the golfers as they went by.  Had lots of takers.

One major thing I noticed is that about 90% of golfers are guys, so golfing is probably more effective than Match.com for meeting men.  Just a tidbit I thought I would pass on.  Most don't look as great as our tenders though.  However, the single ones would need to be employeed and making at least some money, as golf is not a cheap sport.  So a major plus.

I know most of you can't believe it, but I froze my tail off out there.  Mid 50s, with showers and wind.  Fortunately, I had worn long pants (wish socks too) and I had my Seattle-to-Portland rain jacket with me.  I was under a tent, so avoided geting soaked to the skin.

But got chilled as not moving around much.  I am usually walking or cycling in the rain so am moving quite a difference.

The great news is I haven't lost my ability to flirt and charm guys.  So that part was fun.  You always want to keep in practice.

And they particularly liked it when I opened their beer for them.  I suspect too that I unloaded more beer than most would have under the circumstances.  I would have run out the day before which was very warm, but yesterday was much more challenging.

    Now to work. - Claire

DorK.....is there anything you can do to recode the surgery.  Perhaps, as a redo of previous surgery that failed.  This is true, because if the other one had worked, you wouldn't have had this one.

There is often a way around these things.  But you have to find the right person and learn the code.

As in a friend of mine needing prescription sunglasses.  Well, no not "sunglasses" but filling her regular glasses prescription with "tinted lenses".  .Even if she has to pay for the "tinting" she is way ahead of the game financially.

I can only imagine the shock though.  What a pain.

I am sure that you will crack the code and get most of it covered.

    Loving your picture. - Claire

UPDATE on Junie: Not much to report today, but that can be a good thing. Her DH said there is no change since yesterday, so at least she is not going downhill. He did say her hand moved as a reflex, which startled him. To which I said (jokingly) "Maybe she was trying to hit you"...and he said "If she was, I would take it!". I know he would, as he (along with everyone else) would be grateful for any improvement. I also told him she has people praying for her from all over this country, as well as Canada and Australia, just from our breast cancer site! And how loved she is by all of us. He seemed very touched to hear that.

Dork, Wow, with all going on, I totally forgot the extreme pain you must be going through, and just how hard it is to do everyday things. I had to have my DH support my back and sort of "push" me out of bed....don't know how you are doing that by yourself! Take care, and please don't overdo. Glad he is coming over to mow your lawn, will be a long time till you are able to do that without hurting yourself. Take care, dear!

Claire, Good idea about golfers.I also think groups like the "Sierra Club" and other outdoor groups are a good place to meet men. Especially outdoor, adventurous guys. And oh yeah, esp if you are handing out beer! lol.

Hoping all you breast freinds here will have as good a day as possible. Surprised you are getting the heat too, DorK. We are getting used to the upper 90's temps with over 90% humidity, here! Really.....yesterday was 91% humidity. Well, good for your skin, I guess!

    Kathy

Oops...bumped into you Kymn...sawwry! LOVE your post...so meaningful, thanks for posting that.

    Hello Ladies,

Look who I found, one exhausted Beanie, found her on the floord passed out. WTG girl and getting all that done.

Kymn, what do you want for your birthday? I will have the tenders do my shopping and they are asking for ideas.

NM, loved your morning post. I am glad my wish for you to have an easy weekend worked out. I will wish for another one for the upcoming weekend! And you are right about those Pratt boys, I want to rip them out.

So today I decided to read through my post op directions as I keep thinking one of my drains is leaking. What shocked me is that I am now just noticing that I have not been taking my anti-b's as directed, yikes. I was taking them twice a day and should be taking them every six hours. Of course knowing that and glancing at my very red inflamed brings back that massive fear of infection. I am wondering if I did that each time with the anti-b's and say no wonder I've had so many infections. Seriously, I take the same anti B, Keflex after each procedure and had it etches in my mind that the does was twice a day. There are times I feel soooo dumb for doing such stupid acts. Seriously, I do know how to read and why would i do that.  Ughh, I think I need a drink.  I have had a taste for vodka and icetea lately and am having some tonight.  Jack is always good but now and then I like something different.

That swim up bar looks very inviting and I bet my doc would allow me in there for a soak. Anyone want to join me? I am first going to putz over to the chapel and say some prayers, escpecially for Junie. I have also been thinking about her all day.  Kathy, I had a little chuckle about your comment to her DH about her hand moving. He sounds adorable! I just love Junie, she has such a great sense of humor and despite not feeling well most of the time, she never ceased to make me laugh. I sure miss her and hope she is back here soon. For now, I just pray that she is having a much needed long sleep and will wake up feeling great.

Who's drinking by the pool? I can't wait, I have my suit on and am getting a running start to make a big splash!!

*kersplash*! Well thanks DorK....actually I am glad you splashed me as it is quite hot here! Well don't go bashing yourself over the head, we all make mistakes. BUT yes, it is important to take the anti-b's as prescribed. You, however, got out of surgery and the pain meds you were on, so how were you supposed to think straight? Hoping that you do not have an infection, though! Do you think you should call the nurse and let her know what happened, so she can advise you if you need to come in? You take care of yourself, girlfriend, we don't want you back in the hospital!!
Beans, glad you popped in! Sounds like a LOT of work you have been doing, I think you need some R&R here at the HTL! We might even let you take Jocks all to yourself. He has been very lonely since his fav girl, Junie, has been in the hospital. So go for it, girlfirend!
Joining you in the chapel DorK, then back in the pool. Swimming up to the bar for a refill too. BTW, thanks for the Seagram's/Diet you gave me earlier!!! I just had Pau Hana at my moms, watching the Canada Geese (about 30), the mallards, coots, and of course, our favorite lone white duck, Aflac. He was snoozing with his head on her fountain! Then I put together her new desk chair, while DH did some odd chores, outside.
Ok Junie, it is time to WAKE UP! We need you here, and your family needs you.
Remember Junie, YOU CAN DO THIS!!!

Junie, Junie, Junie, Junie, Junie, Junie,

DorK--it is a good idea to let the doc's office know you goofed a bit on the antibiotics, but the good news is that as a preventative measure taking keflex 2 x a day is still pretty good.  The most important thing is that the doc's office knows, so if an infection does pop up they will know that it is likely to be resistant to keflex and put you on a different antibiotic.  And, no, you did not give yourself the earlier infections by taking antibiotics wrong.  Even when everything is done right an infection can happen.  I'm sorry you had to go through that, but it was NOT your fault.  It probably wasn't anybodies fault.

About beer to golfers......I volunteered to help out at a charity event and the person assigned to the beer concession didn't show.  So I got to be the one handing out beer.

Right now, I am beyond excited to have a HR recruiter interview coming up in a few days.  So I made the first cut.  Wow.......

Beans.....congrats on the work.  Feast or famine.  I need to remind myself of this as suspect all the avenues I have been following up on will come to fruition the same day.

Anyway, the sun is back out here, and lovely coolness.  Just perfect.

    NM - only 8 years?

Claire - yes, but the problem is you would likely end up with a man who golfs.

    Still praying for Junie.

Decided to have a few friends over on Saturday even if DH decides not to join us.  Also decided to start a journal in which I will write the almost daily jabs DH takes instead of getting upset now and then share it with him later. What is that line from Gone with the Wind, Mitch? ... I think Scarlett said, "I can't think about that right now. If I do, I'll just go crazy. I'll think about that tomorrow."

Astorm - you got it right! And can't you just hear Vivian Leigh say that line.... Hope your party with friends is happy and fun with tons of laughter and love.

And good point men that Golf seem to only want to Golf, talk about Golf, watch Golf on TV and go to Golf tournaments and I think it is required to wear odd pastel pants with silly embroidered pictures on them like turtles with umbrellas...

So heard from my neighbor where they did the ad shoot at her house today and apparently it was pretty overwhelming. Instead of 7 - 10 people there were about 35! And they pretty much took over her house! They also took pictures in other rooms not in the contract and didn't offer any extra money. She said they also needed room for staging, for sitting around discussing everything and then feeding all these people and places for them to sit. It wouldn't be so bad if they told you this upfront but they don't  and I don't like that at all. Tomorrow I'm going to go around and pack up knick knacks in all the main rooms and clean and I'm not sure what all to do..... I drove by and there were about 20+ cars and 2 huge trucks! Yikes, I'm not sure that I'm very bright right now...

Praying and thinking about Junie!!!! Hoping for good news!

    Hi ladies,

For some reason I just got on the computer today and came to this site. I know now why something pulled me back here. I do not know what is going on with Junie but my heart is so sad to know something is wrong. Can you tell me what is happening please? I have been in touch with Hunky too. I hate this cancer and what it has done and is doing to so many lives. I am glad to see so many of you all still here. I will check in again soon..  Peace and love..D

Stanzie--I just see red when someone thinks they did something to herself when it is just not true! I just have to jump in and try to educate the person in that situation. Medicine does too much "blaming the victim" when in reality medicine has failed the patient. I just want to scream whenever I read "the patient failed chemotherapy" in a medical record. The PATIENT did NOT fail the treatment, the TREATMENT failed the PATIENT! Jeese, get it right Doctor Egotistical Jerk! OK, sorry for the rant, I'll climb down off my soap box now.

Claire-HOORAY for making the first cut! I'll be praying for you for the interview. And I had fresh raspberries, too. Ate one pint straight out of the box, put some in some muffins, thinking about what to do with the rest. YUMMY!

Astorm--hard to believe it's only 8 years, isn't it? Maybe they aren't counting online shopping. . . Good idea about the journal.

Stanzie--Yikes! Sounds like quite the production, pardon the pun. Keep careful notes and make sure you mention to whoever is in charge that you did not agree to letting them into this room or that room when they take it over. Being the b!$<h that I am I would probably be asking how much more I'll be getting paid for they using a room I didn't agree to open up to them.

    Good morning my fine friends,

It is another beautiful day here in NJ. The sun is shining, the humidity is low and it is so pretty. I had the chance to see my morning glories open for the first time this year and they are so pretty.

Feeling a bit anxious over Junie and thinking that today is the day she wakes up. I will stop in the chapel and say a prayer for our dear friend.  I shall then wander over to the breakfast buffet to see if anything looks appealing.

Thanks NM for the info on the anti-b. I really do feel dumb. My only excuse is that I have not worn contact lenses since I had that infection right before my surgery last week. Good God, I have no right to attempt to live so blindly. I have my glasses at the computer and extra pairs around the house and it would have been smart to just read my RX. A big duh.  I see the doc tomorrow but I will be sure to let their office know today what I have done.  I as so fearful of infection. My back is pink, but not red. My front incisions look good around them. I always look forward to seeing what is under the steri-strips when the docs takes them off. I am still amazed at how the doc took that mutilated area of where my implant was and sort of beuatified it. I have to accept the fact that I will not have a pretty pair of boobs ever. I do look forward to having a fill, the little boob is so tiny. I hope that when the saline goes in, the breast is more center vs in my freaking armpit.

I have to say that it was just a little easier pulling myself upward from bed this morning. This is one reason I miss having DH around.  My DD is in her room sleeping and i do not have the nerve to call her cell phone just to lift me up. I was happy that I got up today without using gravity of throwing my feet on the floor. That method is much more painful and a bigger jolt.

I just want to be like Wahine and live my life as if I never had cancer and forget about it most times. It seems that it is always haunting me. I often get mad at myself for bitching when I think of others who's health is more in jeopardy. My overall health is excellent, it is just getting through this damn reconstruction. I wish I had the nerve to forget about it all.

So, Claire, I think you idea of finding a man on the golf course is a great one.  Indeed, your future will be filled with everything golf but it may be worth it to have a good man. Most golfers make good money (it is not cheap to golf). If this future golfer husband of yours has money, looks and personality and treats you well, I think you could deal with the pastel pants in your closet hehe.  Hey, good luck, I am pulling for you that you get the call you are waiting for. Good that you made the cut.

Stanzie, gosh, that seems like such an intrusion, I hope your neighbor is being paid accordingly.  Did you ever sign the contract for use of your home? I would love to see this home of yours, it sounds so beautiful. Was it Kathy who has been there?

Gail, I am sorry that your DH belittles you so much. I like your idea of writing each dig down. He can't deny saying things if you have it in writing.  I hope you and your girl friends have a great time with your weekend visit.

Well, I am going to start the Junie chant again and get it going so loud that she will hear it and wake up!

Junie, Junie, Junie, Junie, Junie, WE LOVE YOU AND WANT YOU TO WAKE UP. Enough slacking sister, wake up and join us. We love you and miss you terribly.

Love to all, espeically Junie ♥

Oh what good posts this morning. Stanzie, Good advice from NM! Would be neat if you could just put masking tape across the doors to the rooms you do not want them to go into, but if they are filming, then that might show up and be a no-no. I did that to keep the messy ceiling painter OUT of the master br at the condo, as I didn't want him to rinse his messy stuff in that bathroom. Yes DorK, her home is BEAUTIFUL and HUGE! Don't like to give too much info here as it is a public forum. But I was very impressed!

Dee, WELCOME BACK GIRLFRIEND!!!! I have missed you here so very much!!! Hoping you are doing okay, as you know I worry about you. I did send you an email to your yahoo acct, if you didn't get it, please let me know and I will send you a PM here with the info about our dear Junie. She needs our thoughts and prayers really badly right now, as she is unresponsive, in the hospital. Isn't that something how you were led to this thread after all this time....but as close as you were to Junie, I am not surprised. A few of us go back several years, of being close to Junie, and you are one of them. You know, she is the one who has posted on this thread the longest! Jaybird shared that title, but hasn't posted here for a long time. After Junie, I would be the next longest current poster, on this thread. She is so missed! And you are too!!!! And I am glad you are still in touch with HunkyD...Lori and I are, also, but will be so glad when she returns to this thread too. I miss you all, and want you back here!!!!

Love your cartoons and comments, NM! AND so nice you could reassure DorK that it was not her fault!!! You give us such good advice, and it is much appreciated!

DorK, Glad your boobs seem to look much better this time around! You have been through so much, because of the rejection, etc. No wonder you can't "forget" about this bc crap! Once all the surgeries/revisions are behind you, then you will feel more like you can go on with your life. When do you see your dr? SO glad it was easier getting out of bed today! Joining you in the chapel.....

You CAN do this, Junie! Please wake up!!!

Junie, Junie, Junie, Junie, Junie, Junie, Junie,
Junie, Junie, Junie, Junie, Junie, Junie, Junie,
Junie, Junie, Junie, Junie, Junie, Junie, Junie,

It seems like its been forever since I had a chance to check in.....I got back to Denver yesterday morning....busy unpacking and doing laundry....I think I only had 4 louds...but that was everything!!!  DD's flight got cancelled Monday night due to weather in NJ(Newark) and poor DH had to scramble to find somewhere for her to stay.....a couple of the girls with her had a family friend nearby who offered to take DD as well....she is booked on a 1:45 flight and gets home at 4pm.....so lucky of strangers to help out...all the people we know near Newark are out of town...and DH was too stressed to try to figure out what friends we have in Denver who might have family who could have helped.  Next year we'll have that all sorted out in advance just in case...actually my gf told me yesterday that her BIL lives near Newark!!!  Oh well...can't wait to see her....and give her a great big hug.....

I stopped by last night to check in, but fell asleep reading the posts.....Kathy thanks for keeping us posted on Junie....My thoughts are with her and her family...wishing her a full recovery.....DorK hope all goes well with the PS visit (is it today or tomorrow) and like the others said, don't blame yourself.....Chrissy....did you get my last "pm".....Husker...how many more rads do you have?  when does school start for you?   I go back the 10th....way too early if you ask me....Goldie, Stanzie, Claire, Gail, Beans, NM and all the other loungettes....I'll post more after I get caught up....need to go put my laundry away before the drying rack collapses....also the rest of the stuff spread all over the sofa....and just catch up at home after 5 weeks!!!!  I have pictures on fb....one day I'll learn how to post here....Hugs, Karen

Karen, Glad you got home safely! And what an ordeal for your DD.....can imagine how big a hug you will give her when she arrives today! Its easy to post here, I am sure NM, Lori,or one of the others who post pics here can help you. The pic has to be posted on the internet somewhere (I put it on photobucket first)...I guess facebook would count? Then just copy and paste here. But I don't do as many pics as the others so if that doesn't work, just ask them!  Welcome Home!

Just checking in to see if there is new news about Junie! Can't imagine how awful this is for her family as well. Hope her body will hear all our prayer chants and give everyone some good responses and wake up and start telling funny stories. Will keep praying,...

NM - I think that is a wonderful soapbox  rant and an important one. Do they really say that on charts? What on earth can they be thinking but then again the wording in general on doctor notes is so impersonal and cold. I know for my mom when the cancer spread to the lining of her brain and the neurosurgeon couldn't operate any more he was actually angry and disgusted with her for not getting better.... We were pretty numb and devastated to learn she wouldn't get better but my sister and I are still in complete horrified awe over his comments.

AStorm - forgot to mention - I think writing down the comments is wonderful.... now will you do it in private or start doing in while he is talking.... Ok so that might really send him flying so I guess in private is better but then if you could put down also how it makes you feel - just the plain actual words from him - no bad comments just your honest feelings and then leave it somewhere he might read it - or write in it sometimes when not in a fight so he will wonder.... anyway, I know a passive way of getting your feelings heard but sounds like confrontation isn't helpful so anything just so he can start to understand.....

I think for all of us the people around us need to learn and understand how to continue to help us. Just cause the major treatment is done doesn't mean we are healed inside and don't worry more than before and are more skittish about anything medical.... It makes me happy that with my mom's cancer diagnosis even when we originally thought all was well, I still talked to her about it and kept up with her feelings and what if's....

DorK- oh, I think they can do so much these days - don't discount you won't have beautiful boobs again..... Once you get through to the exchange hopefully you will be thrilled to pieces!

Kathy - you are very kind. Now just need to find ways to pay for this crazy home! I'm thinking this is probably NOT it! Heard back from the neighbor who had them in her house yesterday.... she said all in all it was fine but she was freaked out initially and overwhelmed as there were so many people and they were just everywhere then they had to eat! They sent a catering truck but there are still ALL these people! I easily get overwhelmed and usually am too polite to say anything.... even though my friend/lawyer who talked with this crazy woman did get her to confirm on the phone it is for only the two rooms! Yes, NM I was wondering about extra money as well for the other rooms - I'd probably go for that if they paid as really could use the money but it didn't sound like it. I'm sure this woman has already told them I've talked to a lawyer so they will be iffy about me anyway..... probably a good thing but you know that stupid souther mentality where we Need everyone to like us! Sometimes a good thing just not in all situations a good thing.... OK, better get cleaning.... Junie Junie Junie............

Stanzie, just a thought...you mentioned earlier about maybe renting out your apt. I was wondering if an occasional B&B would work out? Maybe get with a good realtor and if they screen their rentals, they could send people your way for temp stays, or long-term stays if you want that. Of course they would probably get 10%, but to have then screen for good tenants would be worth it. A lot of realtors here do property management also, so they do like to have rentals to list. With your location and being in a destination city, I think that might be a good way for addl income. Anyway, just a thought.

Stanzie.....you don't need them to love you.  You just need them to leave your house intact and pay you big bux.  Plus, you get to keep catering leftovers to help out with food, or throw your own party.

I have been thinking about and praying for Junie.  Didn't sleep well with this and the job excitement going on.  This is the Amazon gig and interestingly enough, would be similar to a position I held in my prior corporate life.  I have this skill set, and it's specialized enough that I can understand why they think this would be a good fit.

I realize I need to do some homework on this. Think time for a phone call to one of my friends who may know more.  Anyway, I need to convince the HR guy that I should move forward.  I think my skill set fits a number of positions they have, which is a good thing.

I am so ready for this, although I may not be saying the same thing once I work 50 hour weeks again.  Really hoping here as will set me up nicely for the remainder of my career.

Anyway, I need to get moving once I swing by the chapel to send "official" prayers for Junie.

Expect to see the rest of you there. - Claire

Just checking in, not going to say much.

Kathy, I have been in touch with Jaybird and let her know. I also have talked to Dee and sent Casino Girl an email. No such thing as too many prayers!

Karen, welcome home and yes you can copy and paste photos from Facebook to here. DorK, hope you are feeling and healing every day. Good luck Mitch on the shooting and that is good advice you gave to Gail too. NM, you too are always so helpful.

COME ON JUNIE....YOU CAN DO THIS!

    JUNIE, JUNIE, JUNIE, JUNIE......

Thanks Lori, for letting them know. It is so hard to tell others about her condition, I know...it just hurts so much! But I am so glad you did that! I will call her DH soon and see how she is doing today. So NICE for all the prayers going out to her, and yes, even our chapel here at the HTL is overflowing with love and prayers for her....standing room only.

Dee thanks for popping in How is Hunky doing??

NM I agree with you thier the professionals they fail us!! I find Doctors today dont know anything about you, I remember growing up our family doc knew tons, right down to what school we atteneded. Now they dont even know the name of your children for petes sake. You would think the environment and stresses in our lives would be something important dont ya think

Claire Congrats on making the first cut, its exciting to see where your career is going to take you isnt it.

Stanzie Yikes is right I dont know how I would feel haveing someone taking over my house like they owned it just cause they paid me a few dollars, although I would like the few dollars lol.

Dork I just love morning glories my mom always plants them around her hot tub every year. I think I should start doing the same carry on the tradition so to speak. Please dont beat your self up about moving on as if you didnt have cancer...you did have cancer....it has affected your life its pretty hard to just forget about it especially when you are still dealing with the after effects of it all. We are not weak we are strong cause we do deal with it.Hugs to you

Kathy how are you holding up? You are so sensitive and caring I just know this has to be killing you inside. I sure love all my virtual friends but at times like this I sure wish we really could all join together in the chapel and hold hands and pray for Junie..I wish we could all be there for her and her family.

    so on that note

JUNIE JUNIE JUNIE JUNIE JUNIE JUNIE JUNIE JUNIE JUNIE JUNIE JUNIE.......WAKE UP.... WE MISS YOU ....YOU CAN PULL THROUGH

Goldie - that is wonderful of you to let more people know you are so right never can have too many prayers and people who love you pulling for you!

Claire - hmmm I don't think I get to keep any food - of course with my kids out of town probably would go to waste... too bad you all can come over for it! Don't you just sometimes wish that magic from Bewitched and I dream of Jeanie worked so you could just pop over for a vist - just think no worries with the TSA ! You are right, will keep that in mind, no they don't have to love me except don't want to burn bridges for other jobs, well unless it is really horrible. Wish they paid big bucks.... sigh. One think that hopefully will come through one day, without knowing it I somehow stumbled on Tyler Perry's location scout and we had some email correspondence - he has a studio here.... Later I saw online all these people wanting to know how to contact him.... don't remember how I found him. So maybe that will come through that is where the big buck are. This job... hmmm it won't quite cover my power bill for two months... so not much at all...

Claire - Amazon? Really - how exciting! I do hope it works out!

Karen - Welcome Home!!!! Can't wait to see pictures!

    Come on Junie!!!
