Today, there is a storm blowing in so it's not too bad, a little humid, which is really unusual for where I am but the temp is reasonable because of the breeze or should I say wind.....lol. I look forward to the winter every year....lol......and the rain has started to fall as we speak.......well not rain yest just a few drops but enough that I can smell it on the hot earth.....mmmmmmmm.........love that small!

Kymn, hate u have to live across the street from him. Wahine gave u great advice, as well as Chrissy. My advice is that every time u see him, u remember what he did to u, and that when u needed someone more than ever in your life, he bailed!! Just member that when u see him, maybe it will help. Can u move?? Just askin. And you are doing awesome! Keep going to therapy, and if u feel like that therapist isn't helping, find another one! I have been going to a group therapy, and really like it better. Makes u realize u are not alone, and u are not crazy, and NORMAL is only a cycle on your dryer!

Bernie, sending (((BIG HUGS))) your way. And Kleenex with lotion, so you don't rub your nose raw. I will say prayers for your heart to heal fast. That is such a hard loss. Our fur babies are our babies. We lost our Lucy 6 years ago last week. Her picture is on living room table in a shadow box with her collar in it.
Lori, u been a busy girl too, huh? Wish we could just spend all our time in the HTL.
NM, that blows about work. Plus you are on Lupron? I had to take that for six months for fertility before trying to get prego with DD. it worked, but to this day, I still wonder how I, or anyone in my path got through that six months! I had every side effect ten fold!! Oncologist mentioned it as part of treatment after chemo, and DH and I looked at each other and unanimously said "No Way!!" part of reason I just had total hysterectomy. That is truly a drug from hell.
Well, gotta run. Lots to do today. Also, my Mom would have been 65 years old today. Next Friday, January 13th will be 6 years since she passed away. The year she died was also on a Friday. Missing her bunches! You may find me swinging in the hammock a lot this week.
And Scuby Doo, where are u?? We are having the Scuby party for you!! You need to get in here!!

Good Morning Lovelies!
Bernie, Hope you are feeling better today. Such a big loss, it kills me whenever I lose a furbaby, as they are so loved, and such a part of the family. I am like your DH though and even though can't replace the furbaby that is gone, another furbaby fills another corner of your heart with love. I found our two within a month after our Max died (Max-Worth-A-Million was his "official" name, as he replaced another furbaby we lost), even though my DH did not want me to look for another furbaby. But when I found these two at the dog pound, he fell in love with them instantly too. What type of puppy do you think DH might get? Still sending (((hugs))) to you!
Oh Allison, I am so sorry. Today will be so sad for you, hope the wonderful memories of your mom will fill your heart. She was so young! Just not fair. My DD had to be on Lupron for 6 mo also, right when she started college, out of state. She was just 17, and it affected her badly too, plus her grades. Not surprising you and your DH both refused it the second time! Love your words to Kymn, and especially "NORMAL IS ONLY A CYCLE ON YOUR DRYER"....maybe we can make that into a sign to hang at the HTL? I love it, and had not heard that before.
Lori, Maybe we need a life-size "Holy the Cow" outside the HTL, as we enter! That is such a riot. Yeah, I will order 2 more chairs for the HTL. They sound strange, but really look nice. From Home Decorators Collection....I used to order a lot from them. In fact, a lot of my asian pieces are from them. Will try to post a pic. And since her sunroom is yellow, w/ white trim (and tons of windows),with beige/brown tiles on the floor, the only other colors are from her art work, so the chairs will be neat. Also have a table there with glass top and what looks like brown tusks in the middle for pedestal (from Spiegel). It has a tray under the glass top, that they filled with sand and shells from Hawaii. Have 4 brown wicker chairs around it, so we spend Happy Hour there, by the windows, at the lake. I have only been there 1 time in over a month, since they left (I send DH to get mail,etc), as I just get so sad being there with them away. Would be nice to spend Happy Hours there, but not sure if I can do it.
Yeah, Sue sure got the knack of beanglish QUICKLY!!! Such fun! BTW, where is our own Beans, that started beanglish? She been AWOL toooooo long. Also, wonder if Gail will be coming back to the HTL....missing her too. And HunkyD, too.

Oh shucks I wrote so long, that I bumped ya, Sue! Here's annudder dwink to repwace dat one. So sorry your mom is gone too. I just don't know how I will deal with that, when the time comes. (((HUGS))) to you too, and what a nice comment for your mom to keep Alli's mom company. Do you keep folding fans around? I have them EVERYWHERE, my purse, everywhere I might sit, etc. Sure helps a lot, but I had trouble finding them (even in Hawaii), so had to order from ebay. I have the battery fans, but didn't like pulling them out in public, and these fans are lifesavers. Can you tell us which casino your DH works at? Or send me a PM? We love the local casinos when we are in Vegas, more than the large tourist ones. (Not sure how far Mesquite is from Vegas, so maybe he works there?).

Lots confoos that wit da 1 at other end of Vegas, heading for Californi-ey. Dis in middle of 'ol Mesq. Only 3 big Casinos here, it's mini Vegas w/out all da crap n crime n twaffic n stuff. Ifin u feel like it, check out Casa Blanca in Mesq. Dey always got deals goin on...bery purdy htl...I lub lub lub da spa, ck it out. I hab fans n some lil hand-held uns too, but when I'm alone I jes take my quos off...lol.
I do my treatments in Vegas, so next time n e of u goils out dis way mebbe I meet cha der ifin u can't git here. I libbbed der 30 yrs, I kno watts n watts of local fun places. O tay den...now i weely hafta git me quos n choos n git a walkin.

Bernie, how do you feel about getting a new fur baby? Of course no doggie can replace your lost baby but having another DOES help the pain. I put down my little Britney dog back in 2001 and was out the next day at a breeder "just looking". I ended up buying my lil Mandi who will be 11 years old on Valentine's day ♥. The other goils were here for me when I had to send my Mocha dog to doggy heaven back in July. I did not "replace" him as I had already gotten a third doggie for when that time came so that my then middle baby would not be alone. Regardless if you get another, I know the pain will be in your heart for a long time. How sweet of our Alli to bring you Puffs Plus with lotion. I am sending you two hugs, please give one to your DH from me and tell him I am sawry about his loss

Well I have more to say to you ladies but I have just been called to drive my DD back to her car. She was at a partay last night and the naughty lil goil of mine who had never real drank likker was driven home by a sober friend as she drank too many "dews". Not sure what it is. I gave her a quick lecture on under age drinking then quickly told her I was proud that she was smart enough not to drive home and thanked her for doing the right thing. I will be back shortly for some Scuby snacks, I can't wait!

This is the 2nd puppy we are welcoming to BCO dis weekend. Our own Stanzie just got a puppy last night after losing her dear wiener dog last year. Congrats to her if she is reading.

It looks like most of de USA is having higher than normal temps. It is 55 degrees here and I am loving it. I bleached my kitchen this morning and have a window open in de kitchen and also opened one in my bedroom. I am planning on tearing apart my third bed room today so that I can call it a bedroom, a sewing room or the vanity room instead of the junk room. Me tinks I could use some help from Wahine to at least keep me focused. I am so darn ADD, I can't stand it. I spent fifteen minutes in there this morning, brought a few things out to get to the attic then decide to start finding additional crap to put in the attic so I am then going through my closet. I really would like to get to my sewing machine in the 3rd bedroom but there is so much clutter and the machine is on the far wall and hard to get too. I have to start organising clothing and bagging up a lot to donate. I feel that I have next nothing to wear to work that fits but can alter a few shirts to fit. most of my tops swim on me, not because I lost weight but because I lost a ton of boobage. Well not a ton but sure feels like it.
Scuby, you must be busy prepping for the arrival of your twins. I said some prayers that your surgery is even easier than mine and that you heal very quick. But more, I pray that you LOVE your results. Before you know it, you will be getting your shark tatoos. Yippee, I will dwink to dat!!
Well I have to get up off me a$$ and get some more house work done. If only it would do itself......

Hello girlies,
ONC visit yesterday showed CLEAR lymph node biopsies!! WOO HOO Also my biggest tumor, which was actually visible to the ONC, is now barely there! She can hardly feel it!! More good new: She says that I can have my port removed at the same time as BMX and Reonstruction surgeries!! I HATE my port, so that's exciting to me.
She thinks most of my SEs are from Nulasta shot and is going to switch me to Nuprigen shot instead, hoping that's a little easier on me. I've lost 6 punds though, and I'm already a little girl, so DR orders are to eat more!!!
BERNIE-puppy is tooooo cute! What did you name it? Did I miss that???
