Some one asked yesterday how old DS is....he is 22...will be 23 in may....he was probably the most worried about me when I was first Dx...don't think he's being insensitive at all....just being all boy!!! or should I say man.....BC is not a topic of conversation with him and me....and thats okay....last year at 5 year anniversary (which is coming up) he left me the sweetest message on my cell phone...sure wish I would have listened to it more and it didn't stay on there very long....

Still healing, foobs now complement my new lime green sports bra, at least color-wise, lol! Glad I have Monday off still. Had a great time yesterday, my friends girls basketball team won their game, it was so fun to see a different side of her as she led her team, I wish every teacher was that dedicated and such a good role model for their students!

Waaaaaaay too much to comment on beyond that. Heading out on a cold day to get stuff for lamb stew, usually make that with a stout beer as base (sometimes red wine). Will add a second BOTD, a stout I had for the first time, it's from the Netherlands, Emelisse Espresso Stout. A strong imperial stout brewed with espresso beans and aged in the bottle, 10% alcohol. Yummmmmmmmm!

Kathy, the baked sketti was good. We get the Food Network magaizine. It is a Paula Deen's recipe, was pretty easy. The water walls are plant protectors. The original one, you have to fill each cell individually and it's just a PITA, back breaking and can take 10-15 minutes to fill. They allow you to put it around a plant to protect it from heavy frost, snow and wind. So you can plant earlier. This new one, has one fill hole, you just put the hose in and fill it up. Finished in just a minute or so.
Tidy, bummer about the medicine that is not covered. That is totally uncalled for. How much longer for your chemo. You know we shall have a party when you have the last one.

DorK, both photos are GEORGEOUS. I like the bangs both ways. However, I would not be able to stand them that long! I hate hair that close to my eyes. AND you look so YOUNG! At LEAST 10 yrs. I have read all and just want to say how fantastic all you goils are! I'm sorry I can't respond too great as we are on day 3 of fixing water - good news is dat it's nearly done. I had to dwive to town yesterday afternoon for more insulation and heat tape. We are fine. Got a nice hot shower last night after 2 days! I tink we are heading to da big town dat is 3 hours away later today to restock supplies n stuff so I gotta get me buns going. Maybe gone a day or 2 but I'm not sure what DH will need to finish all dis up.
Dork - still just reeling from da pics as I knew you went thru so so so much but dang the pics really tell the story. I wish we could all put up pics of what rat f*n b*stard has put us through...and then show off out pwetty goils in a pwetty bwa like you did to show who is the boss!!! Happy Sunday girls! Bernie, thinking of u in that beautiful church today. I want to see inside pics too! Have been laying here for an hour catching up. Baby is being fed, so will have to wait to hold him again. He is sooooooo precious! I am exhausted, spent entire day yesterday cleaning. They really let things go around here, to say the least. DH has been doing laundry since we arrived, he's 12 loads in, and not done!! Glad we are able to help out, just hope they get their act together!
Coming home tomorrow morning. Cooked a nice dinner last night, going to do the same tonight. Soooooo busy, and when not cleaning, holding that baby!! Dorothy, I kissed his neck a bunch for u. Thank u for sharing your pictures. When u said u were butchered,I had no idea! I hope that Dr is no longer practicing. U look fabulous now though! Boobies look great! And what is a genie bra? Also loved all the other pics. As for bangs, both look great, but I like the second pic best. The bangs all the way across really make your beautiful eyes pop. U also look so young! Very gorgeous, girly!
So much more I want to comment on, but have to get up and get busy again. Will say I'm in for the fur baby party! My brother has two chihuahuas, both rescues. Radar and Chelsea. They are so sweet, they sleep under the covers with u. Chelsea spent the first night spooning my bottom, every time I moved, she did too, lol. Scuba...I love green!!! personally...I haven't worn a bra since healed from last revision...welll actually since MX except after surgeries and PS said I had to....bra wouldn't do anything for me....I have 2 hamburger buns on my chest.....I generally wear a cami under my tops (no shelf bra though)

Kind of cloudy gloomy day today...matches my mood....when I don't take ambian or ativan I wake up too many times at night.....but I try not to take it every night as I don't have many left and I'm currently not seeing any docs....and don't have desire to schedule an appt....my next appt is with onc the 3rd week of february.....when I lay in bed too long in the morning I get up feeling very blue.....so why do I do that!!!!
Not sure what is on the agenda today...DD doesn't like doing much before noon time.....no plans really for tomorrow either...hoping to connect with a gf, but that depends on if she has her grandson...DD is babysitting twice tomorrow....at 8:30 in the morning for an hour or so and then again at 4:30 in the afternoon for the same amount of time....she has one regular customer..
