Good afternoon, Loungettes! Been a bit busy--had an appointment to have a mole and a "black thingy" taken off my face, took some xanax to be sure I wouldn't freak about the needle for the local. So I had a great nap when I got home yesterday. Then I thought I had an appointment this morning with my BS--turns out it's NEXT month! So I came home and sat down to put my feet up and take a deep breath and fell asleep again! Been a lovely day for a nap, got into that deep sleep that I was dreaming I was trying to wake up and get up and do stuff, when I finally woke up all the way I was exhausted! So I went out into the yard, parked myself in my hammock chair and took another nap! I probably won't sleep tonight, but that's ok, I'll work on house cleaning since it's supposed to be hot and muggy tomorrow. Ah, the life I lead! Now to see if I can get caught up some here on the boards. . .

Bernie--Oh, my, sounds like you are in for a long, long weekend. Not much you can do about DH running around after daddy trying to make everything all right for him. May you and his mom can plan lots of "girls day out" time?

I know it's a bit late for a DOTD, but how about a DILLIGAD???
1/2 oz Vodka
1/2 oz Tequila
1/2 oz Blue Curacao
1/2 oz Gin
1/2 oz Rum
2 oz 7 Up
2 oz Sweet and Sour Mix

Directions
Pour all ingredients except the 7-Up into a chilled glass filled with ice cubes. Top with 7-Up and stir gently.

Alli, youse so silly! But I don't think the anal glands get infected, they get "full" or "swollen" and need to be "expressed". I don't do that, I let the vet do that....that would be yucko. I guess its only with female dogs? I know Molly does that every so often, and I hate it when she does it on the wood deck, I mean there ARE splinters! Ouch! YES, our Dotty is VERY talented! Neat to see the videos, isn't it? I love it when she reaches over to turn the camera off, and we get to see her pretty face.

Just talked to my parents, as I couldn't reach my dad on Father's Day...they were out...out to breakfast, and out to his stepsons house for dinner. Glad he had a good day, though. Talked to my mom a lot, and she sounded real good. They got the house listed, and had someone haul stuff off to Salvation Army, plus have had a handyman doing odd jobs there. Today the handyman was re-leveling the front of the house, it had settled a bit, again. Sad thing is, he has the house in tip-top condition, plus an apt above the garage that is further back from the house. Someone will prolly buy it for the LAND and rebuild. His neighbor across the street bought the property, then demolished the house yrs ago and built a humongous house....and they only visit every year or two for a couple of wks at a time. Anyway, I am so glad they are selling, much easier to have them do it and get rid of things. Such a gorgeous beach a block away, that is something I will miss. BUT since they come here often and for 2-3 mo at a time, we have not been able to visit HI for awhile.

I made it early for Pau Hana!!!  Glad to see you goils...NM...nice to see you and thanks for the info on that med for my friend...I'll pass it along.... your naps sound awesome!!  I appreciate naps so much more these days.  The hammock one sounds the best.  Do you buy a lot of stuff from Beans?  I used to work their Peak season at their call center in Lewiston for extra cash that time of year and the employee store is amazing with the deals...got a nice hammock there one year for pennies..and the discount doesnt suck either.  Sneaky you stealing a peek under the water..tisk tisk..

Bernie..your Lips and A$$ pic just cracked me up..and kinda grossed me out too at the same time...I cant begin to imagine what that poor monkeys turds look like...not that I really want to see one or think of those things but damn.....and Allie....omg..(not 333)...I had a vision of the Dr with that suit and helmet on and I just about fell out...my kids think Im crazy , Im sure. 

Cant stay too long ..forgot I need to call my gramma and thank her for sending me coupons I never use (its the thought and i love her soooo much)....And I gotta order up my Disney tickets which are not discounted one bit because Disney hates Travel agents and Micky Mouse can Kiss my a$$ after all I went thru yesterday trying to get a dang discount...

Hiya goils....Watching America's Got Talent, and what p'sses me off is that when we were in Vegas we could've been in the Vegas audience (starts airing next week). Ya know how those people hand out the cards and flyers and they are all $ex related, so you ignore them? Well, we were stuck in a mob of people, and someone was handing out cards to the people going in the opposite direction, and it didn't register that the guy was saying (not loud though) "America's Got Talent", till after we were way past him, and in a hurry to get to a show. WISH we had turned around, cuz I love that show. Then on the way back, he was gone, and wasn't there the next day either. Shoot! So I guess to fill the audience, they hand out so many tickets.

OOPS, Dotty thanks girlfriend for setting me straight (cuz mese is weally crooked!), as I dunno why but I have only seen female dogs do that. But, DUH the male dogs have anal glands too. Silly me! I haven't seen those ads, but I try to record stuff then zip past the commercials. thank you all...i woke up this morning and said to myself...wtf did i say...! Today was a good day...add lack of real sleep for days...then trying to walk into my own house...from a creep from the past, hangin with my elderly neighor, taking cutting his grass into a 2 day liason...tonite, i saw tommy short arms dwinkin in the backyard of my neighbor's house..well, short hands came over 2 weeks ago when i was cutting MY frigging grass.. and had his f***ing hands all over my back..that is when i should have smacked him in his face...well, today..hubster must have said a one liner...as in "stay off my grass" and wife's ass...now, i can walk into my doorway, and he just put his head down...LOL! Yet, back to the real stuff...all of the brave women that let me into the lounge! Hmmm., that is what i'd call....the best of women that i can meet, different angle with hubby, yet all in the same boat..got too much on my plate...when it rains it pours..it's just not about the rummie dude..the new grass cutter...as all of you must have.....a plate overflowing with many issues!
