Great partay last night at Alli's house, dat was fun. Well until de Moler boy showed his ugly face.

NM, now I know where eberybuddy is, I could not find any goils in de lounge. Dey all in de pool playing with Mr. Big. Oh mise, berry bad goils dat Alli, Katwinka and Mrs.Vino are. And you bad too, taking off with Jock. But dat still leaves me Pants, Snowjob and Mr. Bigger to play with! It sounds like things are being stirred up at work. Although you said it is not yer bidness to know why one of the supervisors has resigned, I tink we need to find out what going on. I can get teeny tiny and sneak into a meeting to find out den tail you if you want.

It is another HHH day here too although not as bad as the last few days where we were near 100 degrees. That is crazy for so early in de summer. Lori - OMG that is a lot of money.  That's the amount the xppartner brought into the biz right?  I'm not getting a good feeling about this at all.  And Phx...HOT is an understatement.  Are you jes going down for the day or all weekend?  I'll be heading to DD's about 10 ayem tamary until 5ish Sunday evening.  Will try to call you sometime during my time there.  Hope you have a safe trip and find that money!!

Chrissyb - that is sooo cool and all these meets within the last 2 years or so?  You ROCK!  Sounds like quite the deal on the espresso machine.  We have a regular coffee pot and a Keurig (sp).  Well, the cups for it are expensive, so while in AZ I went to BedBathBeyond to stock up, gal showed me this EZ Cup and the filters.  Now we make our own.  They fit perfectly in the Keurig.  I saved an egg carton, the filters fit in the egg sections, we grind beans, mix a batch, put in the filters, and it's ready when we are.  Jes take one out, put in the EZ Cup, then into the Keurig and voila!   Sooo much cheaper! 

Undy - How much longer for the tissue expanders...when do ya git your girls back?...Had to LOL at mental pic of you fighting with that towel.  :-)    Wish your mom a Happy B-Day from us too...hope she has a wonderful celebration...you're a good daughter!  However, ewes was a baaaddd goil wif da tenders in da lounge last nite...LMAO!!

HOPE the cash offer my parents will review with the realtor today, works out. They got offers yesterday, as soon as it was listed. Some mainland people too. SOOOO.....if it works out, they may be back here by the end of July or so. So we went over to their place here and did some work. The seller had covered up rot, everywhere, he was a scumbag. There was one suspicious area at the bottom of a sunroom window (non-movable windows), and it looked like a messy, quick patch he had done. So today I started digging, OMG I dug all the way thru to the paint on the outside. Luckily that paint is thick, as I didn't want an opening there. So many ants were nesting there too....yuck. SO when it dries I have about a 8" area, by about 2" deep or so to put wood hardener on, then gradually build it up with bondo. And its inside, so will not be as hot. I do neat work but it takes a long time. Then saw 2 rotten windows (outside part) in another room, on the window sash. Done that repair before at our house, but not wanting to do it again, so when they get here, might have to have some major work done. That one involves taking the window out to work on, and with no one there now, would not want to do that. Might be best to replace them. I know....boring.....but dats whut I am doing now! Waiting for the window guy to come to our house this afternoon, hope the new windows and REPAIRS outside the windows (for our house) will be reasonable, but will do the major ones first. WHY do windows, and outside wood rot SO MUCH nowadays, with houses less than 15 yrs old??? My prior house was much older, and so solid, and NO rot.

OH, and BERNIE, did you see that mobile wine cellar parked in front of your house? NO ONE else can see it but you, so you can say you are going outside, then come in the wine cellar and imbibe to your heart's content. ALSO  we lent you a Tender (your choice), so you will be WELL taken care of! Hope this will help, in case your weekend visitors (well ONE) are too much to bear.

Happy friedey! I am being lazy today, slept through pau hana. There are storms here which have kept me inside most of the day, just had a violent thunder storm. But the heat wave is over and we are now sitting at 66 degrees! What a difference from this time yesterday when it was still in de 90's.
