Mema, my energy comes from sublingual B12.....I LOVED the dose I took before, till my blood work showed B12 levels thru da roof! So now I have half the energy...lol. Not surprised you are worn out, that was VERY stressful having the test, and then waiting, and waiting, and waiting for results. Then you're going off to LV again, and that would make me tired too. HOPING you sleep well....I take the melatonin EVERY night now, and it shirley does work. I'm still full.......chit. NO, not "fulla chit", just full, and oh well....feel heavy like chit. LOL.

Oh Katieeeee my sweet Cat is named Katie-Kat oh TY for asking--I'm going to the Dr. tomorrow anyway so I get some antibiotics---oh oh do drinking on those oh I won't take it Friday--I'm goin out for dinner--Fancy shmancy (for me anyway) I like those family restaurants where u get enough to take home. Why is it the more expensive the restaurant the less food u get. LOL I don't get out much. I guess I drink just with u guys. LOL

Oh Bernie, THAT needs to be on our menu today....can I dig in with a REAL big spoon??? Yummmmy. Last night at the restaurant, they give a free dessert for your birthday (yuppers, DH has me still "milking" it)....you get to choose, and they had an awesome one....apple dessert baked in a large cup, alongside a vanilla frosting tasting mini milkshake! Yummmmm, almost as good as seeing Juliets eye candy! lol.
