Now, that's a real gaggle of geese! Surely, those must be the offspring of several geese?

There are some breeds who have a Mom caretaker of everyone's babies. I think she might be one of those. Definitely could not have produced all those herself.

A beautiful story both sad and beautiful: The Virunga National Park said in a statement Tuesday that Ndakasi died on Sept. 26 after battling a prolonged illness and "took her final breath in the loving arms of her caretaker and lifelong friend, Andre Bauma." The statement is accompanied by a photo of Bauma, who befriended the gorilla when she was just 2 months old, holding Ndakasi shortly before her death at the park's Senkwekwe Center, where she had lived for about 12 years.

That is so sweet. I'm glad to see a gorilla getting the love and support she needed. They are more like us than many are willing to admit.

I can relate to that bond, having been able to hold my dear fur babies in my arms as each one of them took their final breath.

Hi ALL, came back to collect a post. Looking at many things. Happened to come here. What was fun about this place was many reasons. 1. It was funny 2 relevant to us. 3 Just like a garden needs tendering. Make it relevant and funny again. It's part of loving. But it takes at least a bunch that look for things that make the All happy. But the best is for the seekers to make others happy.

I have forgotten all my skills about posting. Just is. I believed intensely about this place. Caring about the need to make a light in the day. It's a private space for things. Funny. Beautiful. Caring. Also, an irreverent space i.e. with gross statements about BC. b/c BC sucks It's a protected space for the funny and the anger.
I survive 15 years out. I know I am never, out. A new pain, a strange thing, I have to work the problem. But just follow the "thing" keep working whatever the problem is. Prayer of any the 4200 world wide religions has meaning to the soul of any of us. I thought that when I saw that 4200 religions worldwide in the news. AND they all prayed to a deity. Independant, God catches us in so many ways. We need Him. We all need Him. We all need the belief in Him. Just go with the flow. Pray often
