Love the Dr. Oz NO meme -- so much that I posted it too ( I'm on the next page now on my computer ) so that is what the deletion above is about.

Rough edges peek out now and then but he knows what he is doing. Just wish he could get better media attentions for it.

They need most of our help. They are going to be the ones who fix all the things that are broken by both sides. The more we make education a non-burden ( a really good education ) the better for all.

I am surprised that the Federal Magistrate judge in the DOJ warrant case has been so hornswoggled by 45's attys' word-salad motion for a "special master" that she's actually leaning toward granting it. Discovery of prosecution evidence is never allowed before actual charges are filed--and to grant some third -party attorney or retired judge (especiially one who might have been GOP-appointed or ran on the local level as a Repub.) access to extremely sensitive documents to determine after the fact whether they were "privileged" is unheard-of and outrageous. You know the GQP would declare everything in there discussed with or written by anyone with a law license or even law degree to fall under "attorney-client privilege;" and "executive privilege" (if any) disappears when the possessor of the info is no longer the "executive" in question.

What also flabbergasts me is that there have yet to be search warrants issued for Bedminster or Trump Tower--especially when there are cellphone videos, taken by multiple unconnected people, of people walking out of Trump Tower bearing Bankers' Boxes with blue tape on them. (Nothing indicates the bearers of these boxes are themselves in law enforcement).

Sandy, I think I read somewhere today ( didn't think I'd want the info after I read it ) that the government gets an opportunity to go before that judge and argue why a "special master" is not something that is actually needed. I do sure wish I had not deleted the article I read.

I also read that the Loon has yet to be able to hire anyone competent to take on his defense ( oh what could that be ) mainly for his having secreted government files away with no intention of giving them back. He seems to have used up the strong profile attys. while he was ahem' in ofc. playing at the role of president. No one is interested in helping him and I'l be kind and say there are a number of reasons -- and kinder yet and say in the list I read there was nothing about not getting paid, but most people understand that he would find a way to 'stiff' anyone who signed up with him.

This man is first, and foremost a failure -- a rather persistent one. There was never a reason ( very slow and highly rocky start-up ) to think the Truth Social site would go over. Unless you say going over in a heap and not getting up again which seems to be well on its way.

Wondering Sandy, if the Judge on the " Special Master " issue may have felt a lot of concern about how the Loon and Co,. might view her if she didn't kow-tow to demands by trying to indicate sed was in favor with what they wanted. She might be aware that getting a " master " might not happen or be too difficult, and that would be an out for her. Just thinking about it that way since she is a " Loon " apppointee. Thanks Mitch.

Some lessons are hard to learn.

I took most of the day off from news. Was going to catch up this evening and we got busy with some other chores that would not wait so haven't caught much. Did read that people from DOJ's office already went through all the documents from what was lawfully removed from Maralago. So, there is no real need of having any " special master " or indeed anyone else going through those papers since it is done. It was mentioned that the Loon's lawyers waited two weeks ( other lawyers likely wouldn't have ) to file for "special master" and it is something of a moot point now.

The lawyers he has at the moment are apparently not competent in the political arena which is likely a good reason to look for others -- except any lawyer worth their salt are not interested. The Loon is well know for not doing as he is told and of course, his lying is so far off the charts there is no graph for it. Of course he doesn't pay but I think the other two points are enough to get shy on having anything to do with the Loon. I don't know anyone who has been enhanced and is far better than they started by having associated with Loon.

Also sounds like many of the R's are not saying much, in part, as they are concerned. It is not only the list of 'wrongs' done by the Loon, but in some cases, such as those docs at MaraLago , the sheer volume of it all. They don't know what is coming from the DOJ next ( as the affidavit left the road map out ) and they can't even be sure what their party and some of their people may look like when the dust starts to settle and ducks start lining up. It is all going to be interested although scary in some places.
