As I have tried and failed and tried again, I have discovered that if we are to flourish as creative beings, if we are to grow into Wholeness, we must bloom wherever we are planted. Right now, you might not have the perfect career, home, or relationship. Few of us do. But if you have the gift of today, you've got another chance to re-create your circumstances and make them as perfect as it's possible to do with the resources you have. Today, you get another chance to get it as right as you can make it. What more could you desire? -Sarah Ban Breathnach

Grace is goodness and respect given freely and unconditionally. A sense of divine love and protection bestowed on us when we need strength and renewal. Grace helps us know we are not alone and believe we are cared for and cherished. Grace is a drink of clear, clean water in the desert.

Judge must have been a bit too friendly with DeSantis and Loon. He caught what they have.

No apology to any lawbreaker is going to come -- maybe jail but no apology.

Makes you wonder, who has WHAT and how long have they had it and what do they intend to do with it. So much we need to get to the bottom of as soon as possible. In the meantime, I'd be calling this one by subpeona to come talk about what he sent back.

A note to the Loon who has never EVER measured up to anything positive his wholw life long and never will. The best bad example though that I've ever seen.

Great memes.
I’d like to address the last one. It’s always been my opinion that one reason white Republican men hated Obama was because he was tall, well-built, good looking and had charisma. (I think he had the best smile of any U.S. President.) In other words, Obama had sex appeal. And he didn’t appeal just to black women, it was women of all colors, including white women. I think this drove the male Republicans insane! They were incensed and felt very threatened. They did not like that white women found a black male politician sexy, let alone the President of the United States. All those stick in the mud, overweight, turtle-necked bodies of white conservative male politicians had to look at Barack’s physique and winning smile and know their bodies didn’t measure up. I never read an article that discussed this, maybe no journalist wanted to publicly call it out, but I know rankled the Republican boys to no end. Probably still does.

Divine, I agree. I feel like the white men always felt a sense of entitlement about who they were and didn't feel they had to measure up to any Pres. or anyone else. So I do imagine they were miffed to the nth. degree at a black male who was so casually appropriate and also President to boot. Pres. Obama was born with the ability to connect but that was in part because he didn't mind showing himself being humble and greatly moved by so many events. I do recall how he cried for the horror of the school shootings at Sandy Hook and how it seemed Reps. wanted to 'make' something of that -- but it just didn't work. Strength of character and beauty of soul just can't compare to small-minded with sense of entitlement. Reps. and others never really got that some people shine out naturallly and very little can diminish it or them. I still view former Pres. ( with two terms ) as one of our best and brightest, and he still is. He would be a great one to have on the Supreme Court.
