Bruising & hard lump 4 months after lumpectomy

I had a lumpectomy on Jan 26 on my left breast for a small 1.1cm tumor (IDC). Margins were clear, 0/2 SLN. I had IORT and just completed 4 rounds of TC. Unfortunately, my left breast is *still* bruised and the area where the lumpectomy was is hard in that upper inner quandrant. I had a hematoma develop about 4 weeks after surgery, and my breast surgeon drained it. She said it would take a couple months to resolve. But nothing has really changed.
