I just read that a Judge struck down the Loon's bid to shut down the Dept. Of Education. We seem to have a few judges here that are not inclined to kiss things they shouldn't which makes me happy. Someone is willing to live by the Constitution..

While the orange jerk continues to make headlines (generally for nothing good and much of what many of his own dislike strongly) he is getting whacked down just as much. I think at the moment of the big smiles on the Johnson and Trump faces about the (pick the one you like) either Big Beautiful Bill or Big Brutal Bill. I of course, see it as the last one.

Hard to say what the thing will actually look like by the time it is voted on for the last time, but I do hope quite different. While I hope I'm not speaking too soon nor as well speaking from a thoroughly deep desire it does seem to me that Loon is going to continue to lose ground. His numbers are suppose to have risen some and maybe they did, but over all, push come to shove I think he is causing more than enough disaster while he does anything he wants to do and that goes twice as much for anything that will enhance his grifting royally. He is pissing off Independents right and left and hopefully, it's a matter of time — like the next election where he will lose enough then for the Democrats to start putting a lot of brakes to the run-away train.
