Mark, I hate to disppoint you but they lack a conscience that is why they say this to you. They have no shame and piss on Lisa Murkowski who backtracked on her promise to oppose the bill because she extracted a buyout for her constituents, not available to other states or senators. At least Susan Collins didn't back down this time.

Count me in. I too was surprised about Susan so concerned Collins. I'm also disgusted with Murkowski. I understand she has to fight for her constituents, but in the end, they are going to be losers, one way or the other because 2025 is geared to making as many losers as possible. She stalled it off, and maybe she wanted to avoid a primary, but in the end — all these people should want to be able to hold up their head and keep looking people in the eye. I know some do anyway, but I also have read many of them know and just don't want to have to 'face' the Loon.

BREAKING: Republican Senator Lisa Murkwoski stuns reporters by attacking Donald Trump's disastrous "big, beautiful bill" just moments after she cravenly cast the deciding vote to pass it in the Senate.
The MAGA movement is a political suicide cult...
"We do not have a perfect bill by any stretch of the imagination. My hope is that the House is going to look at this and recognize that we’re not there yet," said Murkowski.
Her claim that the bill is "not there yet" elides the fact that House Republicans intend on pushing through a vote this week so that Trump can sign it into law by July 4th for a big PR moment. There is no time to fix this bloated, hideous piece of legislation. That would require scrapping the entire thing and starting from scratch.
The bill devastates Medicaid with brutal cuts, balloons the Pentagon's budget, targets migrants with cruel new policies, and slashes access to food stamps — and those are just a few of the keynote betrayals embedded in the 940-page document.
Murkowski said that she has asked the administration to continue working on the bill rather than force it through by Trump's "artificial" deadline, a suggestion that will be promptly ignored by the White House.
Murkowski also claimed that the vote was "agonizing," a word that more aptly describing the widespread suffering that this bill will inflict on the American people.
We know for a fact that Murkowksi knows exactly how bad this legislation is because she demanded exemptions for her state of Alaska from certain Medicaid and food assistance cuts. She has no problem hurting Americans in the 49 other states, but wants to dampen the effect on her constituents to protect her political career.
She even admitted that some Americans "will not be advantaged" by the bill, which is a gross understatement.
The bill passed in the Senate with a 51-50 vote, with Vice President J.D. Vance casting the tie-breaking vote. In other words, if Murkowski had summoned the courage to take a stand against a bill that she knows is disaster, it would have failed to pass. Her political career has been defined by exactly this kind of cowardice and her legacy will be one of profound failure.
The bill now goes back to the House for another vote. Former Trump ally Elon Musk has vowed to fund primary campaigns against any lawmaker that votes for the bill, but even that threat likely won't be enough to kill the bill. Republicans are terrified of Donald Trump and will gladly help him push this entire country off a cliff if it means that they can hold onto power as we careen over the edge.
I have always watched Murkowski — but right now, I think I'd love to see her lose her seat anyway. Obviously she is not fooling anyone ( for sure on our side) with her idiocy about the bill. If she was so sure it needed more work HER vote should have reflected that. She it a total gutless wonder. It is time for her to retire.

Even more so when you've ruined the televangelism you started first by cavorting secretly with a prostitute. How is it that so many ? Godfearing spiritual leaders lead double lives — while looking you in the face begging for money for God which many of them are mis-using as well.
Many are among a pathetic bunch (thinking Falwell here for sure) and I'm highly un-fond of Mr. Osteen as well. Osteen even says God wants him to live as he does with more than one fancy house and several fancy cars and great teeth as well. REALLY ??

Be back later. I didn't expect to find anything on these sites since I was here late last evening. I am still by the way, incensed at Murkowski. I think of Tillis (not that he didn't cause me to grind my teeth now and then) who in the end would not sacrifice the people he represented. So to have someone willingly vote for something so wrong, all the while knowing it, AND then beg others to FIX what I did — ARE YOU serious. If you get hounded from now till the coming election time, I hope it's doubled.

I'm home late so no time to go back through the memes. I did note on the way here that it seems the BBB is back in the House but having major issues. Seems the House almost can't recognize the bill they passed into the Senate and they are VERY upset.
Well, that is good although the one they came up with was basically totally unacceptable as well. Oh well, hopefully fur will be flying thick and heavy before anything actually takes place.
Love all the memes and more so because I was busy and didn't get to look for anymore today. So, back tomorrow and hopefully will do a mite better.
