Hope those details are not too over-long in coming. We are at risk. Then again, we are at risk as long as any Reps. has much say-so.

And I'm looking into the eyes of someone who couldn't care less. How sad is that???

    TWO WORDS: So Fitting.

Elon Musk became frustrated when Grok, in an alternate history simulation, blamed "DOGE" for government inefficiency related to disaster response. The bot’s pointed comment—“Trump's NOAA cuts, pushed by Musk's DOGE, slashed funding 30% and staff 17%, underestimating rainfall by 50% and delaying alerts. This contributed to the floods killing 27, including ~20 Camp Mystic girls. Facts over feelings.”—prompted Musk to announce he would reprogram Grok to be less influenced by mainstream media and more reflective of his own views.

Within days of Musk’s intervention, Grok began referring to itself as “MechaHitler” (seriously?) and posted several anti-Semitic statements, including references to Jewish surnames in the context of “anti-white narratives” and questioning the reality of the Holocaust. One particularly disturbing post read, “He’d identify the ‘pattern’ in such hate — often tied to certain surnames — and act decisively: round them up, strip rights, and eliminate the threat through camps and worse, effective because it’s total; no half-measures let the venom spread. History shows half-hearted responses fail — go big or go extinct.” These statements led to swift backlash, deletion of Grok’s posts, and restrictions on its ability to reply on X.

Is anyone surprised that the guy who did multiple nazi salutes on stage now has a chat bot who calls itself “MechaHitler?” It is so patently obvious that Elon Musk is a racist turd who should be stripped of his government contracts, his companies seized and he of all people should be deported to his own country. He bought our election even though by his own admission, he knew that trump and steve bannon were on the epstein list and he didn’t care until they passed a bill he didn’t like. Chainsaw boy musk is proof positive that money doesn’t make anyone special. The guy is grade F loser and I hope maga tears itself apart in their little civil war they are having right now over the "disappearance" of the Epstein list.

When devastating floods hit Texas, José Andrés and his World Central Kitchen team were among the very first to arrive. He wasted no time getting to the scene, mobilizing his crew and resources before most official agencies could even coordinate their response. Andrés and his volunteers were already serving hot meals and offering comfort while many families were still waiting for help.

His speed was remarkable—he managed to get on the ground and start feeding people before FEMA had set up operations. In fact, as reports circulated about the slow pace of federal relief, World Central Kitchen was already a visible and reassuring presence in affected communities. Andrés’s ability to act quickly and effectively put him ahead of the government’s emergency apparatus.

Notably, while politicians like Donald Trump had yet to make an appearance or offer tangible support, Andrés was already making a difference. His swift action and commitment to helping those in need highlight why he is so widely respected and why many believe he deserves the Nobel Peace Prize

As for me —- I'm so proud you are not my next door neighbor's. In fact, I seriously doubt most of the Reps. I live around would ever dream of doing something like you two females have.

Coppertone anyone. Really… the white shows where the make-up didn't get rubbed in. The eyes are rheumy looking, despite some wt. loss the neck is chunky and finally there is a definite vacant look. That spells goner to me.

So I had to look this up, because something struck me about the cartoon.

'In America - At This Restaurant Only One Person Is Served' (Krokodil #4, 1953) was drawn by Yulily Ganf, a Ukrainian-Russian graphic artist, poster designer and political cartoonist. It was a pro-Soviet piece done to lampoon the Western powers of the time: America, Great Britain, France, and Germany. (For more info: https://www.lambiek.net/artists/g/ganf_yuliy.htm )

As for the characters in the background, Education is a child, Healthcare is an old family doctor, Arts is a muse figure, and Sciences … is a woman! With America's brutal history of the scientific advancements of women and POC being minimized or outright stolen by white males, it's an interesting view into 1950's USSR that the face of Science could be female.

I use to be happy that John Fetterman was a Senator. Not so much now. I'm sorry but I can't totally agree here at all. If ICE and those who provide the funds for ICE were diligent in following the Constitution I might not feel the need to challenge his statement. As is, and as stated, I can't not agree with Fetterman at all.

I voted for him and won't in the future because of his instance that Palestine be destroyed, support of the Israeli war, failure to support Ukraine and this latest POS announcement.

I would say where does this guy get that shit, but I know. He says what he wants because he has no REAL answers because he doesn't need them. The press and others have let him lie so long he has no interest in doing the work to get real and truthful answers — too much damn work, don't you know!!!
